Improved love sending meditation

I have three different formats for the Love Meditation :

Love Sending (about sending Love Energy)
Love Meditation (About developing the heart chakra, its qualities and healing, balancing the solar plexus chakra)
Kundalini View definition in a new window Love Meditation (This is an advanced meditation to connect with higher aspect of the self and explore other realities )

I improved the Love Sending format and I came up with something more effective and better.
So here is the improved technique :

Remove your pillow from your bed and lie flat arms outstretched.

Take a deep breath of fourth counts, imagine that you breathe solar light (Life)

Hold your breath for eight counts.

Radiating out love is done on the exhale, exhale as long as you can and imagine that you are radiating out love.
At the end of the exhale, places affirmations. You can tell this energy to do anything. You can use one of these affirmations:

I’m happier each day, everything clicks for me, all my dreams manifest.

You can use any affirmation you want. Do several cycles of that exercises for at least 15 minutes. You will see that you will feel better, some of you will release stuck emotions , if you cry during the exercise allow yourself to cry then resume the exercise. You might also feel burst of joy or simply laugh, allow the expression of these emotions.

Not necessary but useful you can imagine that the love you radiate out is a pink light.
You can also use nice soothing music in your background, I highly recommend music from Deuter, Liquid Mind or Steven Halpern.
If you are serious about changing your life for the better, you should do this for at least 3 to 6 months daily then you will see big change in your life.

      I totally agree with that and I must say that one of the changes will probably be that some of your friends will suddenly disappear from your life, without even saying a word… But think happy thoughts about it ;-)

      i have been listening to brain sync – the attract love cd for over 3 months. it is so great – i feel a deep calm inside of me, rushes of joy, ecstasy. i also feel that my thinking is becoming more clear. i didnt have any syncronicities, or any manifestations of my dreams, but i guess i must continue to this program and soon all that i want will become reality.
      i just heve positive expectations about everything! (even though there are moments when i feel a little down, depressed). i belive that my life is going to get itself cleaned of all that is negative and unwanted for me.

      please tell me louis why are almost all the people around very mean and selfish.i just don`t understand. you talk about the love meditation (i have been doing the attract love meditation from braim sync for almost 4 months and i feel just great) but there are moments when i see the negative energy and the selfishness of others pointing right at me and i just cry. please tell me, cause i don`t understand. they try almost everything to keep you to progress (specially on the material level, cause they don`t understand the spiritual level), to keep you evolve or learn new things.it is so sad that. i know a few people like this.sadly, they are my co-workers, so i must spend every day (8 hours, minimum)with them. sometimes, it just tempts me to act like they did (with hate, selfishness, with cruelty), but i just can`t be like that. then i break down and cry. it hurts me so badly. how can one suppose to handle this people and how should one feel?

      Heya, is this new meditation for sending love to replace the one that Klaus uses for sending and receiving love? Are you still using this updated version?

      I am new to sending love in this way and I have just tried this meditation of yours having found Klaus’ ‘Sending and Receiving Love’ a little too complicated. I wanted some music to try this to and I chose a Tibetan Chanting track which simply repeats ‘Om Mani Padhme Hum’ for 26 minutes, which is a nice peaceful track which is similar in purpose to sending love, and which also gives me a consistent starting and finishing time.

      I intuitively made a few adjustments to your outline above. I find it more comfortable to lay down with my legs crossed in a lotus type position. On the 4 count in breath I imagined myself breathing in a feeling of joy rather than ‘solar light’ since I am not sure what that is, nor what ‘life’ is in your terms. As I breath in I gradually increase a smile as an increased feeling of joy builds within me, and then for the 8 seconds holding the breath I focused on enjoying that feeling of joy in my heart with a smile (not a big grin, just a peaceful relaxed smile) and then as I breathed out I released that joy in my heart as love with the affirmation ‘I am unconditional love for all that is’.
