Improved love sending meditation
ByI have three different formats for the Love Meditation :
Love Sending (about sending Love Energy)
Love Meditation (About developing the heart chakra, its qualities and healing, balancing the solar plexus chakra)
Kundalini
Love Meditation (This is an advanced meditation to connect with higher aspect of the self and explore other realities )
I improved the Love Sending format and I came up with something more effective and better.
So here is the improved technique :
Remove your pillow from your bed and lie flat arms outstretched.
Take a deep breath of fourth counts, imagine that you breathe solar light (Life)
Hold your breath for eight counts.
Radiating out love is done on the exhale, exhale as long as you can and imagine that you are radiating out love.
At the end of the exhale, places affirmations. You can tell this energy to do anything. You can use one of these affirmations:
I’m happier each day, everything clicks for me, all my dreams manifest.
You can use any affirmation you want. Do several cycles of that exercises for at least 15 minutes. You will see that you will feel better, some of you will release stuck emotions , if you cry during the exercise allow yourself to cry then resume the exercise. You might also feel burst of joy or simply laugh, allow the expression of these emotions.
Not necessary but useful you can imagine that the love you radiate out is a pink light.
You can also use nice soothing music in your background, I highly recommend music from Deuter, Liquid Mind or Steven Halpern.
If you are serious about changing your life for the better, you should do this for at least 3 to 6 months daily then you will see big change in your life.
