Pranic Chakras Charging

I had great success with this technique to charge the chakras, it is a great technique especially combined with a good brainwave entrainment CD such as the Insight CD or Mindtek. ( I used Mindtek at that time Insight CD wasn’t out yet but today I would go with the Insight CD or something from Brain Sync such as their Deep Meditation program)
This form pranic breathing will recharge all the chakras.

  • Lie down comfortably on your back have your body in a straight line (arms, legs)
  • Inhale for 6 counts, retention of your breath from 3 counts, exhale your breath for 6 counts.
    Do these cycles of breathing for seven times and rest a moment between each cycle.
    Now, accompany each inhalation in turn with one of the following mental exercises.
    Do them in the order given, the first with the first cycle, the second with the second cycle, and so on until the seven exercises have been performed.
  • Visualise your breath (Chi, Ki, Prana ) as entering the body through the bones of the legs and then exhaled through them. Try to experience the feeling of this action.
  • Visualise the breath as entering the body through the bones of the arms, and then exhaled through them, accompanying this with the feeling of this action.
  • Visualise the breath as entering the body through the top of the skull, and then exhaled through it; accompanying this with the feeling.
  • Visualise the breath as entering the body through the stomach, and then exhaled through it with the feeling.
  • Visualise the breath as entering the body through the reproductive organ, and then exhaled through it; try to experience the feeling of this action.
  • Visualise the breath as entering the body through the base of the spinal column, and then exhaled through it; try to experience the feeling of this action.
  • Visualise the breath as entering the body through every pore of the skin all over the whole body, from head to foot; accompanying this with the feeling.

Rest for a moment.

Perform seven more cycles of rhythmic breathing, following the same rhythm ( 6 – 3 – 6 or adjust if you can breath more)
During each inhalation perform the visualisation of sending the Chi or pranic current to each chakras, in turn , one with each exhalation, in the order named. Use your will power to direct the current.

This technique recharge and energize all the chakras. It also do some clean up in the meridians system.

    wow, that’s a powerful technique. I used it yesterday night before sleeping and I was able to accumulate lots of energy, it was almost too strong :O

    It’S great before doing a love meditation too :)
