World Peace Meditation
ByI’m amazed we are already friday, I thought we were Wednesday. Time goes fast and in another hand I m under the impression that time goes very slow, I never liked the month of December. I’m eager to be in January, I have a lot do next month.
I got a message for World Peace meditation from OrinDaben.com
New Year’s Peace Meditation Join us on the inner planes any time you can on December 31st, 2007 and January 1st, 2008 for five or ten minutes of meditation, especially around midnight, your time. Add your prayers, thoughts, and positive visions for humanity to those of millions who will be meditating during these times and envisioning a better, more peaceful world. We (Sanaya and Duane) will be meditating for 5 minutes after each hour during that time to celebrate the New Year as it occurs around the world. Be a part of the wave of peace as it moves around the world!
The message continues with:
Never before have so many people joined in prayer and focused their collective will on love, unity, and a better world for all. Even though you may not see the results of your inner work and prayers, they are making a difference. You are preparing the way for a better world for yourself, your children, and for future generations.
What we got in 2007, a new bunch of toxic technologies , police states and miserable climate change hoax. It does look like we are not doing too good.
When disturbing world events occur, use your imagination to picture the eventual positive outcome. Rather than focus on how bad things are, hold a vision of the possibilities of transformation that exist in every area of life. Refuse to live in fear or to energize negative scenarios–do not think of them, imagine them, or worry about them. Every time a negative picture comes into your mind, replace it with a positive vision for humanity.
I’m not too sure about the effectiveness of this, But, OK, I understand that I have to focus on the stuffs I create for myself. I created many crappy things …hmm, I will make my meditation and development program a lot more hard. I want to improve my life but things don’t improve much ![]()
Eventually the current world situation will resolve into a more stable world and a greater unity among nations. We cannot tell how long this will take, or how easy or difficult the process will be, for you live on a planet of free will. We do see the direction, for the heart centers of humanity are awakening.
World government , new civil war in the US ?
I think that if Ron Paul is elected US president that will be a very good step in the right direction.
You can accelerate and help make this transition to a higher unity more rapid for humanity by becoming aware of any thoughts or beliefs you can shift to be more open, loving, inclusive, and broad in your viewpoint.
I agree
Your commitment to expressing love is the greatest gift you can give at this time. Have love and compassion for yourself as well, and treat yourself kindly, for loving others starts with self-love.
I’m working on that, I had to slow down with my program because I have all those work to do in my house from painting to repairing stuffs, but I can assure you that when I will resume my program, I will train and develop it twice as hard as today.
I have nothing to do on the 31st Dec 07 and the 1st Jan 08, I will probably meditate all day long, this period of the year is extremely boring.

I agree with this article too, it is an important time we´re living in!
Hey, Louis once again I wish you good luck for all your operations, but maybe it would be better to focus on making your exercise program more effective, than more hard…
Be well, in peace!

yes, I found some weak point in my program for instance.
I neglected endurance training (running) and breathwork (15 minutes, I should do more than that). I will be on that when I resume the program.
Concentration and stillness of the mind also will be a priority. However, using the computer long hours seems to interfere with the purpose, because on computer we tend to have more mental chatters.

Yeah, breath work is essential, i.m.o.
I´m doing no cardio training at all at this time, but I´m outside every day, walking around and I always do a little taiji-qigong.
