I actually heard they stole it from this black lady who wrote a book basically about the matrix in the late 80’s

Jordan Maxwell has been speaking about this stuffs since 1959, he was ripped off by many authors.
In the 90s he was approached by Hollywood about the movie Matrix.
Now, I also heard about that lady, I can’t really tell a word about her I don’t know her work.
