David Icke - Explaining How Sound Effects Us

Back when I started to meditate just after a month, I added mantras (sacred sound) in my meditation.
From then I made quick progress, in fact, I went so far as I’m now able to control the flow of energy with mantras.
Mantras or sacred sound is a lot more powerful than visualization just like this video will explain to you.
Everything in the Universe are waves or everything vibrates as Kelly Howell from Brainsync wrote “Recent research has revealed that the electro-magnetic waves emitted from the heart are sixty times more powerful than those of the brain. Furthermore these waves can be measured ten feet from the body, and are instantly received and registered by those around you”.

      Amazing video!

Didnt realize up to now how important sound is.
But if we look at it closer, all vibration is sound, all matter is made of quants(waves)-vibration and therefore of sound.
Sometimes, in a deep state I can feel the power of mantras, like when I chant “Om Namah Shivay” it feels like the sound is going through each and everything, cleansing and transmuting it into greater light.

      “OM NAMAHA SHIVAYA”

This is one of my favorite mantra, very very powerful especially if you are in distress ;)
