It is a four parts meditation gentle breathing exercise, energy cleansing, angels pour out love and message from Quado about self-love. A few days ago, I decided that I will post one of my Love Meditation which has also a four exercises format also with parts about filling oneself with Love Energy and an energy cleansing routine. May be, I found that site to signal myself that I should make that an audio guided meditation. I will see that later but for now enjoy the Quado Meditation.
