Open Focus is dynamite

Incredible, today I started to train with the Les Fehmi’s Open Focus Training toward the end of the exercises I was in that state of diffuse attention yet immersed , it was very strange, you have to experience it, I cant describe it. But, I m sure certain 100% it will benefit me in many of the things I do if not everything. More to come on this in future posts.

But what is Open Focus ?

From the OpenFocus website: OPEN FOCUS is a method to reduce stress related symptoms and enhance well-being, using principles developed in the field of biofeedback. OPEN FOCUS techniques can be helpful to relieve symptoms that you may not recognize as being stress related. OPEN FOCUS can be beneficial to relieve physical and emotional discomfort and pain, anxiety and other performance deficits; providing you with a greater sense of overall well-being. Best of all you can learn and practice OPEN FOCUS in the privacy of your own home.
