Healing the Heart
The Heart needs its healing and I believe this one of the main theme on this blog even the anti-global elites videos I regularly post go in that directions, healing the Heart of the society. Because we have a heartless power structure in this world ruled by savages.
If the Klaus Joehle books were more about discovering the Heart then what I write is more about healing it.
When you open your Heart (heart chakra, heart center) whatever the name, some of your buried or denied pains may surface again. It will be important to heal them, to keep the Heart wide open and experience streams of unconditional love during your daily life that the condition. First, the Heart opens wide then its check around if this is safe to stay like this wide open if it feel it is not safe then it will close again a little bit. The safer you are in your Heart the greater the level of love you can express and receive.
Healing the Heart starts by healing the solar plexus because it is the solar plexus that hold the desires, the emotions , the ego and personality.
They are a couple of methods to do that like lifting solar plexus energy into the heart chakra to transmute it or observing your own negative emotions until they dissolves, this last method demands some skill but I’m going to try it.
Observing the feelings without judgment , accepting them and then allow the release to take place..

I see that you are still on the healing topic. I found new ways for it, more suitable to my structure and I am anxious to see how they will work…

It dawned to me also, about 1hour ago, that I will have to heal the solar plexus before really working on the heart.
Its also important to do that, because it gives you the strenght to deal with the following process(opening the heart).
And now, I fing this technique - Damm, I love synchronicitys
