Meditation Mastery Activations First experience

By

Meditation masteryI want to share what I was my first experience with the Meditation Mastery Activations.
I wont talk about the discourse I will do that for another post, I will just write here my experience so I do not forget it.

My experience was mostly experiencing variation of energies and a lot of feelings very difficult to describe, the English language being more visual-oriented I lack sufficient words to properly describe but I will do my best.

It is a 3 CDs set, I listened to the two CD containing the discourse, a lot of what Hieu Doan the author said made a lot of sense to me, his meditation is also based on focusing on the navel chakra, I have been storing energies in the navel chakra for years now so I was a little bit prepared.

After the discourse I immediately did the meditation, at some point during the meditation I felt a shift in my energy field on my right I felt more expanded on that part. I had also many subtle perception of energies.
Nothing extraordinary happened during the meditation but several hours after I did a 20 minutes Love Meditation and then my heart chakra opened very wide the last time I had such an opening was last year in November and December when after several months of doing it 4 hours a day I reach a peak and my heart chakra opened wide.
Now it is happening during that short meditation , I laughed, I cried , I felt an increased sense of self-appreciation, after the meditation I was filled with joy then a renewed sense of humor came to me, I had funny thoughts that made me laugh so much that I fell on the ground laughing. That was a good sign that my heart chakra is open.

When I went to sleep I meditated again, and again I felt more expanded awareness on my right, it was like having a presence standing next to me, that presence touched my mouth , my cheek and stayed next to me during the whole time I meditated (1 hour) , when we have the eyes closed we see that 2D blackness, it shifted to a more 3D blackness with a depth and a sense of mass. After the meditation I fell asleep and I had a lot of dreams about personality, probable self, reality change and that sort of themes but I don’t remember much, I just know they were very vivid dreams. I also woke up 3 hours earlier than usual.

So far so good, I will keep doing the Hieu Doan‘s Mastery Activations twice a day as recommended until December then I will start to work with his Esoteric Warrior meditation let see what happen to me in the meantime.

This sounds like a wonderful “awakening!”

I had many years training with Taoist cultivation practice before coming to Meditation Mastery so at first I thought it was similar. It is not and my preconception kept me from connecting to my Higher Self for a long time. When I finally broke through I too was in tears of joy. The Higher Self helps whoever it is that we are, but I needed to let go of my old ways and preconceptions first. I will always remember the first day that I awakened.

I am using the esoteric warrior now and it is POWERFUL. Spontaneous laughing, shaking, crying, spontaneous mantras that I have never known coming from my own mouth. Spontaneous qigong and yoga postures and asanas. Having questioned the Guild prolifically and from my own experience I believe that that the esoteric warrior is one of the original root practices where much Taoist and Sufi training originated from. This teaching is gold for a person on the spiritual path. I will begin the psychic mastery training soon.

I come from a practice background of Zazen, Vipassana and Taoist meditation. I have found these to be extremely clear in their instruction with minimum-to-no vagueness and involving very less ‘to imagine’ stuff. In these systems, when I am asked to ‘feel’, it is simply to ‘observe’ physical sensations or breath or thoughts which are very much there and present.

I finally started my MM practice and the practice did not seem to go well.

-The very first instruction was to pay attention to the sensation of hand over the navel, which I did successfully.
      - Then I was guided to focus on the navel itself and the sensations, which again I was able to do.
      - Then came the confusing part. I was told to focus on the body and mind and the observer. All together or separately? As one or as different components? Or whatever feels right? I was also told to observe the observer, to observe clarity, to observe intelligence etc. etc. I was totally lost here and went back to observing my navel. I was totally confused if I were to ‘imagine’ these or try to observe? If observe, what and how? It seemed to me like what the voice on the tape was telling me was like Rama Maharshi’s self-inquiry where one observes the Self through logic and questioning. Is that what is expected here? Does this involve questioning? If not, how does one observe the observer? It seems easier said than done. I am not finding this very fulfilling at this point, but have written to the support team for some help. It all seems so vague and New Agey and I am getting really frustrated. I could really use more instruction than a repeated ‘observe objectively’ with a hum sound in the background. Hope I get guidance as it seems I am going nowhere here

Till I get more clarity on this practice from support team, I am back to zazen.
