Course – Part II
Video 5 : Physical Issues
The video opens at a seminar, Craig is talking to a woman having tightness in her jaw, they do the tapping round with the setup phrase:
Even though I have this tightness in my jaw, I deeply and profoundly accepted myself.
And the reminder phrase: tightness in my jaw.
After two rounds she is able to reduce most of the pain but she still have some. They do one more round with the setup pharse: Even though I still have some tightness in my jaw ….
Reminder phrase: remaining tightness in my jaw.
After one more round the jaw tightness is gone.
We see the next seminar day with that woman giving feedback on the changes.
The next case is a woman suffering of headache she rates the headache intensity three on a scale from zero to ten.
She also has asthma that she rates 8 on the SUD (Subjective Unit of Disturbance) scale.

They tap on her apparent symptom of having difficulty to take deep breath. After that round she is able to take a deep breath.
However, she still has some of the breathing problem so they continue tapping on the remaining aspect of the problem. After that round the problem is all gone.
They follow by working on her back pain, after one round the pain reduced substantially.
One of the next case is interesting because the first round has no effect on her, Gary Craig suspects she has psychological reversal , so they work with anti-reversal technique.
After one round of that the back pain is down to 4 , it was a 7 when they started. They continue this time mostly tapping the gamut point. They are able to reduce it some more however many emotional issues are at play, Gary Craig tells her a strategy she can use by herself for healing.
That concludes the video
Video 6: Addictive Cravings
This part starts with two women talking about their food problem (anorexia, bulimia), it is followed by more talk on habits and food addiction.
According to Gary Craig addiction is always driven by something like anxiety that anxiety must be addressed.
Gary Craig also explains how to overcome ‘immediate craving’ (this is different from food addiction), we see an example of healing for immediate craving of cigarettes and chocolate)
The video concludes by the feedback of a woman who healed from immediate craving of chocolate.
