How To Trick Your Body Into Falling Asleep To Enter A Lucid Dream

I Watched the excerpt of the video from SaltCube about Lucid dream and OBEs. It seems to be a very promising video, teaching tricks to put the body asleep and keeping the mind awake, this is something that many people struggle to achieve.
The video seems to focus on natural methods of body awareness.

The second excerpt video focus on WILD (Wake-Initiated Lucid Dream)

The video is priced at a mere $19.97 very cheap if you are in UK (10 pounds) or in the Euro zone. I might buy this video later this month and may be write a review of it.

To Learn more about it visit Saltcube.com, they have a lot of nice articles over there and the journals of successful OBers and lucid dreamers are motivating to read.

i have seen this video in totall. It’s a very good and clear presentation, no fluff and just techniques.

      recommended but not essential.

Lucid dreaming is very easy and I have been doing it since 1978. Even had recurring dreams after years between the same dreams. Locaions, people and stories that almost become a novel of sorts. You may think I am kidding, but I can remember and retrace dreams from years ago, and re-dream them over and add to them. I call it dream mastering. Basically, create a story in your mind and you can create your own “dreamscape”, per se.
