I want to share what I was my first experience with the Meditation Mastery Activations.
I wont talk about the discourse I will do that for another post, I will just write here my experience so I do not forget it.

My experience was mostly experiencing variation of energies and a lot of feelings very difficult to describe, the English language being more visual-oriented I lack sufficient words to properly describe but I will do my best.

It is a 3 CDs set, I listened to the two CD containing the discourse, a lot of what Hieu Doan the author said made a lot of sense to me, his meditation is also based on focusing on the navel chakra, I have been storing energies in the navel chakra for years now so I was a little bit prepared. Divide and conquer.

I’m happy I read that little book called Gandalf’s Battle On The Bridge In The Mines of Moira by Ramtha. It is a quick read of 80 pages and to me only 20 pages are worthy of reading but then I got a lot of those pages. The book talks about determination and being an observer by observer the book I think mean someone who focus on what s/he does want. (more…)

I’m five days into my journey to attempt to use as much as I can of my potential. First, I decided to wake up one hour earlier, it did good to me, as I have more time to carry my many tasks without rush. I have done a lot of chi-breathing , energy work, chakra development and meditations these days with more intensity than before.

I noticed a few changes, my food daily intake dropped considerably for the past four days, I take 2 small meals and eat a fruit at night I have no craving for more. Today, I went to do some work in bar ( A translate a book ) and I ordered a beer, I have nothing against beer I like a beer from time to time, but today, I couldn’t drink it, same goes for Coca-cola I love that beverage but for some reason I can’t drink it anymore. I will not speculate about what is going with my body, I guess I will notice more changes in the coming weeks. (more…)
