I perfectly remember a few years ago, I bought a tape from Hemy-sync called SweetDreams in the tape voiced by Robert Monroe, he said in English that he will count to 20 and at 20, I will fall asleep, it worked ....I feel asleep and I was very impressed.Since then, I used many of this type of products and they worked for me. Because many brain sync programes have subliminal messages spoken in english and guided meditation which is in english too. It took awhile to figure out how to get the DOS program to work within a Windows environment. Since the procedure was too complicated for most of my patients, I found a software programmer, who was able to create the batch program that is now available as a fully-functional shareware download, from my website. After running the program, sit in front of your monitor in a darkened room, and close your eyes. The software then pulses your monitor display soyou see the flashing behind your eyelids. Surprisingly, the "Virtual Light & Sound Machine" does offer a close approximation of the real deal. The software's relaxing phenomenon is purportedly attributable to "brainwave entrainment" through "audio-visual-stimulation." This program does not rely upon "binaural beats.
