I have a list of the stuffs I’m supposed to do each day, I have about 19 essential tasks to do.
I know that completing them make me move forward. Each time I complete one task I mark a cross for that day, this help me to pressure myself to keep going, I have to write those crosses.

Today, I read about an easier and similar system to pressure yourself to stay on track and keep motivated.

Thats the Calendar System from Jerry Seinfeld:

He told me to get a big wall calendar that has a whole year on one page and hang it on a prominent wall. The next step was to get a big red magic marker.

He said for each day that I do my task of writing, I get to put a big red X over that day. “After a few days you’ll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You’ll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain.”

“Don’t break the chain.” He said again for emphasis.

Obviously, you can use this technique in many different areas. So if you feel lazy about your tasks consider that system, other than that I read about another well developed system by Brian Tracy in his book Eat That Frog! 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time.

Brain Sync WinningI always liked creative visualisation, that technique to visualise and feel what you want to achieve, top athlete such as Jack Nicklaus, the great golfer, says that “will power is what separates the great athlete from the average to mediocre athlete.” He points to his celebrated colleague Arnold Palmer who, when putting, would “see” the ball go into the hole and “will” it there. Ben Hogan, another major figure in golf history, said once that if he concentrated hard enough on where he wanted the ball to go he could put it there.

In football, New York Giants tight end Gary Ballman tells how he came to make an impossible catch. Another player had thrown the ball to him but had overthrown it badly; there was no way he could possibly retrieve it. But Ballman wanted the football so much that he imagined it slowing in its flight and dropping into his hands. To his utter astonishment, that is precisely what happened. “It was a strange feeling, I’ll tell you,” he said. Read More→

marijuana lifeWhen I was a teenager one of my classmate smoked a pot then he was stoned for some reason, he wanted to have some more fun, he took a small screwdriver and hit me in the neck, hopefully, I have control so I didn’t budge I was transported immediately at the nearest hospital which was less than 10 minutes away from my school.

They took care of me my best friend of that time was allowed to come with me and talk to me during the surgery , he was very impressed by the fact that I didn’t panic , showed no fear and had total self-control it contrasted with the behavior of the pot smoker. Read More→

I had such a weird dream, the content isn’t that weird but when I woke up I was so shocked because I thought the dream was real, I thought It was my real life ..but no, it was a dream, I didn’t understand because the dream contained some elements that are illogical and make it impossible to be my real life. In that dream I’m a movie director, I play making storyboard, writing film script and filming, I was feeling very happy in that dream.

The level of happiness within that dream was greater than the happiness of my waking self. The film I was making in the dream had something to do with dance, but I don’t remember much one of the illogical element is that I was living in the house I used to live 7 years ago, from 1985 to 2001, I lived in that house in a distant part of my city that I no longer go.
I wasn’t conscious enough to notice that I don’t live in the proper house in fact I’m not sure if I was conscious it was quite strange, I think I was conscious I had an observer type of consciousness I was enjoying following myself making a movie. Read More→
