The other day, I saw a little girl may be she was very small may be 3 and half or four years old at the very most. She was drinking an ice milk shake , strawberry flavor. The mug was so big for her that she had to carry it with her two hands, most adult use one hand , the mug was also tall ,bigger than her head, a so small girl drinking a so big thing.
I understand that parents want to be nice with their children but they are certain basic not to ignore, often parents complain their small children cant sleep at night, cant focus on anything, is violent etcetera…
That’s normal if you starve the children from the basic that their system need; feed yourself or your kids with industrial or processed foods isn’t nourishment.
In the industrial treatment of foods important vitamins and nutriments are lost.
There is actually no strawberries in a strawberries milkshake or ice-cream at least not in those sold in supermarkets and fast food restaurants. It is a purely chemical industrial process.
A good diet I think should be made of natural foods. The less contaminated with chemical the foods are the better, don’t insult your body with chemicals that it cant digest and doesn’t need.
Now, eating natural foods will only work well if you have a positive belief that they are doing good to your system. Some people have associated all sort of negative beliefs to foods, some of this problem is known as food allergy, food allergy is simply cured by changing the belief rather than eliminating the food.
