Loving the Nature (Meditation exercise)

There is a meditation I would like to share with you, this meditation will help you to feel more love for the animals world and the nature, it will make also feel more lovable.

Memorize all the steps or make it a tape, there is no need to follow exactly what I say, you can enhance or change some of the part, try to find the essence and from there you will be able to use your own creativity if you want to change the meditation.

Take a deep long breath.
On the inhale breath a light coming from the sun and entering by the top of your head.
On the exhale imagine the energy from that light being distributed in your body.
Do more breath like this until you feel energized and relaxed.
When you are done, imagine yourself on a hill looking at a valley beyond the valley you can see a lake and beyond the lake the mountains.
They are the holy mountains and have the ability to charge you with radiant energy, imagine yourself receiving the energies of these radiant mountains.

Tell yourself ‘I m now receiving the energies from the holy mountains’.

Walk to the forest in the forest you are welcomed and greeted by the small beings the fairies and the Devas and other beings. Send them love and greet them, receive their love.

Play with them as long as you want, let them show you inside the dense forest.

When you are finished with that a big stork land near you, greet him and fly with him.
Fly above the valleys , fly above the lands very far.

Send love to all the birds life, send love to all the animals life you can see from the bird you are flying with.

Send love to the foxes, the beavers, the bears, the snakes, all animals you can think of.

Fly with the stork until you arrive above the sea , tell goodbye to the stork and jump in the sea, under water you meet with a dolphin greet the dolphin and play with him, let the dolphin show you the sea world.

dolphinPlay with the dolphin and when you finish let the dolphin guide you to the beach, get out of the water and go back in the dense forest, there you meet a big bear , greet him, let the bear show you something about his life , have compassion be the bear with him and understand his existence from his standpoint.

This conclude this meditation if done correctly you should immediately feel more compassion and love for the animals and the nature in general.
