Brain Sync Ecstasy
Sunday, June 24th, 2007As I explained in my post about Kundalini
, I started to make moving up energy from the base of my spine to my brain, this allowed the Kundalini process and an access to my subconsious when I get this less than 3D feelings to make the process more efficient I do it from a comfortable trance state (Theta brainwave), I use the Brainsync program called Ectasy, it is a very good program I was very impressed the first time I listened to it and I’m never bored with that one, there are two tracks both about 30 minutes of running time with theta wave. I didn’t know that the Brainsync stuff was this good , my hat to them.
Side Note: On the page of that CD/MP3 the vendor claims many benefit for using this particular program however I already got those so I cant comment on that for me this CD is a nice way to appreciate my time in theta state.

10 years ago I read a little book about concentration written by someone ‘nicknamed?’ Manou Sadhu, the first part of the book was fascinating and discussed how early Christians did to achieve enlightenment or the state of Samadhi and higher (cosmic consciousness, whatever you want to call this high state of consciousness) some of them simply went in cave and repeated the name of God until they die, the book continues by telling difference between Western and Eastern (Hindu) method of achieving enlightenment . The Western method put emphasis on the heart and the Eastern method on mastering the mind and there is a lot of comment on Yoga, the author seems to make a point that a candidate to enlightenment can skip most of the dogma in Yoga and strictly focus on concentration (mastering the mind), skipping fancy postures , karma yoga (service) etc…. the second part of the book focus on concentration and contains some of the most insanely complicated exercises from the first to the last , they are all difficult.
A . You aren’t doing anything wrong, sometime you will not feel the love as the emotions of love however it doesn’t mean that you aren’t radiating or sending.
