DVD Realise your inner potential
Posted by: | CommentsI enjoyed the book Realise your inner potential by George King and Richard Lawrence that I bought the DVD. It is a beautiful disc well made running time is 1 h 25 approximately.
The DVD shows most of the exercises from the book as they should be performed , this is especially important for the breathing techniques a lot of people have difficulty with that, with that DVD no ambiguity will be left.
Realise your inner potential DVD is based on the teaching of the late George King 1919-1997. He was a Master yogi and therefore this is yoga based teaching we get here, yoga is a 8 steps approach however in western countries there is an over-emphasis on Asanas (yoga postures) and a neglecting of the other steps. Rambling on about sexual energy
Posted by: | CommentsToday, I read a bit about sexual energy, the energy that can give “birth”, it is a vast topic with a lot of misunderstanding attached to it; add to that love and sex are treated in an unbalanced way in the Western countries , for most of us, western men and women have very stereotypical and inappropriate ideas and beliefs about sex and love.
In western countries it is believed by a lot of men that a man has to be dominant, aggressive , assertive, logical and analytical, there is a tendency to separate a set of values and rank them as male or female, in this context ; men who display great mothering skill are regarded with suspicion. Brainwave and video gaming

The brainwave gaming revolution is close, I don’t play much video game these days but I know some of my friends still do and they will be happy to hear that the next step in gaming is brainwave.
NeuroSky a company based in San Jose , California. According to a news posted on CrunchGear in term of video gaming NeuroSky is producing a prototype where you control a darth vader with a lightsaber; a bio-sensor that comes in contact with your forehead picks up your brain’s electrical signals, then those are sent to a wireless receiver inside the lightsaber, which lights it up based on how hard you’re concentrating. If you lose concentration because you’re Mom is yelling at you to come to dinner then the lightsaber goes dim.
NeuroSky is also interested in to enter the domain of health and wellness however it is not clear what they will accomplish, their technology seem to be more oriented to control electronic apparel from brainwave impulses than for relaxation/concentration and stuffs like this.
