News is depressing
ByToday, I made the mistake to read an news article, I stopped halfway through it, it was too depressing.
News serves no purpose to me, I will be informed so what? I don’t go to cocktail party or bar to have meaningless discussions about nothing and everything.
During the day I listen to a classical music radio sadly they have a 10 minutes newscast every hour, I have to turn off the sound to not hear it, but, I also enjoy the silence so I often forgot to turn on the volume again. Finally, I end up listening to this radio station may be 30 or 40 minutes per day, they run too much newscast.
News don’t make me feel good I regret I read this article anyway I m about to start an one hour session of Hatha Yoga (yes, from my Yoga zone DVD set). I will certainly feel more energized and better after that.
I’m no the only one who gave up on news, the man at The Daily Dump Blog did it aswell.
I’ve decided not to read the newspaper on the subway in the morning anymore. Not that I was reading The New York Times of The Wall Street Journal, and the density of the information was burdening me. I usually read AM New York, the bastard child of New York newspapers, whose slogan should read, “It’s so bad, it’s free.” Recently, what has surprisingly gotten to me, is how depressing the news is. Literally, my days are worse for having read about wars, political conflicts, the rising cost of everything everywhere, the perpetually eroding rights of the human, the violence heaped upon violence and the general proliferation of stupidity, all before a single sip of coffee.
By the way, do you think there is a value about being informed in what is going on around the world ?

Well Louis we gave up news long time ago in fact i believe Klaus talks about that somewhere along the way.
I tend to glance at things to just get an overview of whats going on around the world but I have learned that the media stretches things by a long shot and is far far far from accurate so why listen. Although a couple of weeks ago I was having a cappuccino and picked up our local paper for a few moments and there was a very uplifting and joyful story,then again a few days later I did the same and again there was Another uplifting and joyful story. I took this as a positive note that we are all reaching even the media around us with sending love

Hi Louis!
I’ve read Money is Love book by Klaus Joehle. Author surprized me by a new concept. We all come to the Earth to get the experience!
Also I was surprised to learn that Klaus — author of the books about love — so much likes “the battle” experience. He even spends time (or used to spend time before opening his shop) playing war computer games!
To make long story short, now when I see in the news something that might be seen as negative, I choose to see it as positive. It’s positive when somebody succeeds in getting new experiences — whatever they are. They are all valuable to our souls.

well some of the news dont have any light in it. Consider that french woman who put her two infants in the fridge for 3 months until someone find the dead bodies.
From Esoteric/spiritual standpoint, we could say something like, well, the 2 souls were bored in the earth existence and they wanted to go elsewhere as soon as possible, they wanted to go but be remembered in same time so they find a rock ‘n’ roll way to go, …….
They picked up the insanity from her mother and manifested that event, her mother is now in jail and see psychiatrists she is finally starting a long and long healing process, from that standpoint it was a win-win ticket, the souls go under the spotlight and the mother finally starts the healing that may be she secretly desired, but we never know for sure, that such things is happening , may happen or happened.
From Earth existence this was a rather very sick story.I choose to stay from the news.
