There is something I have to talk about, we have the love meditation and expressing pure unconditional love.

Expressing love for 2 or 3 seconds is worth hours of love sending or love meditation in term of personal development. Last summer, I was walking in a street and I saw that homeless guy playing somewhere not too far I saw a guy actively cooking some food , he offered for free the food to the homeless man that he usually sold , the homeless man wasn’t excepting this or any generosity , this is an action of pure unconditional love certainly more worthy to open the heart than any Love meditation.

You want to express pure unconditional love ? first, your life offers plenty of occasion for that, a lot of people never care to talk with their grandparents, however, grandparents dream is often about having a chat with their grandchildren.
This is one example but they are thousands of them, just look at your life.

Your are good with the love mediation, so go at a hospital and express love to the people there, sit with the people waiting to see their doctors and express love, if you leave may be one of them will leave too because s/he is relieved.
Go at front of a jail and express love to the convicts.

And if you do that keep it for you and don’t go talk about it or talk about how you are holy, it will ruin the pureness , also one important thing in life this is always the small actions that count more than the big. The small act of pure unconditional love from a ‘simple’ individual count more than the big act of the rich and celebs, I’m not saying that the actions of the rich and celebs don’t count however their actions are reported therefore not pure.

Why purity and not talking about your actions are so important?

The act should be performed for the sole purpose of expressing unconditional love, if you report and talk about it then it is not pure , you gain some additional benefits, you do to look cool or holy.

This is why on this blog you are more likely to hear about my story with MafiaGirl than what I do to express pure unconditional love.

What I talk about here is mostly about potential, how you can use this stuff to improve your life, most of the stuffs I attracted recently are things or people I have no need for however now you know if you wish you can attract the same or even better into your life.

It is very important to express pure unconditional love however you don’t need and it is best not to report about it, that why I don’t talk about it on this blog, If I do a pure act of unconditional love it will make sense not to ruin it by making a public story , yesterday, I bloged about how I felt energized after the love meditation however that same day I was challenged to express true pure unconditional love, I ‘m not going to write about any of this because it need not to be made public.

This morning I read Kostya reply about his uses of the technique of feeling loved by everyone. He said that it brought him great feelings. It reminds me that at this time I’m not using such technique, the way I work with Love-Energy is more focused on sending Love-Energy to portions of my Self (healing). I was inspired by the Kostya reply so I decided I will give a try to the technique again at imagining being loved by everyone.

So I did for like 40 minutes or so, I don’t remember the details, I visualised people tell me ‘I love you, Louis’ something along this line. It felt great. I felt very energized as I m typing this I m still very much energized. I sent some of the energy to my mother and imagined her more radiant with brighter aura. (more…)

I had a fantastic experience last night.
Before falling asleep each night I do one hour of ‘love meditation’ and last night 40 minutes in the meditation the weight of my body shifted or I thought it did , it was light I had the impression that I was no more heavier than a feather and then I felt a cool breeze on my face.
A few minutes later, the flat 2D blackness that we observe when we have eyes close vanished to let place to a 3D blackness, I could sense a depth around me, I could observe some shapes pattern forming and vanishing.
One moment later I had a strong urge to stop the meditation and go out and say thanks to everyone I was feeling such gratitude for everyone.
At this time my inner dialogue started again and from that point lessened the quality of the experience but still a few minutes later, I placed my intent to feel even more love, then I had a stronger feeling for my heart chakra and I imagined ray of pink light emanating from it to the world, I said to myself:

Is this love ?

I laughed I cried, I was feeling great then I had more inner dialogue that eventually caused the 3D blackness to vanish. I ended my meditation happy , I hope to reproduce or go even further this night.

It was a very sunny afternoon the other day when I went to the park to translate some of the Klaus material (I’m busy doing the French translation of the book ‘The messenger’ by Klaus Joehle, if you are a French or Quebec publisher please contact me because we do not have a French-language publisher yet)

I sat on the grass near the water in a nice spot at the park, they were not many people in spite of the sun, all the people in the park were distant from me, because, we had a lot of space.

I translated some material then I turned the head in direction of the street sidewalk near by and I spotted that breathtaking girl , she was the Mediterranean type , she could have done a good cover girl magazine, because, she was perfect for that. She even looks much more attractive than the ZetaJones looking girl of the other week, I know what you think ‘Boys will be boys’ At least it tell me where I m with that “love meditation”, in rare occasion I reached peaked where I was perceiving everything and everyone as very beautiful. Sometimes people ask me how they can get information from their ‘higher self’, I believe that we frequently get information from our ‘higher self’ , we just don’t trust enough to share or to act on it.
The other day I got information that was quite challenging, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to share this, I tried to make it fit some orthodox way of thinking but it doesn’t.
