Realise your inner potential

Yesterday, I received the book –Realise your inner potential – by George King and Richard Lawrence from www.realiseyourinnerpotential.com/book.html
The book is a no-fluff talk handbook with 40 exercises and 7 initiations, the book is based of on the teaching of the late George King; He was a master in Yoga, the book said that King started practising yoga for eight hours a day after WWII at the age of 26, it took him 10 years to achieve samadhi; one of the highest state of consciousness a human can achieve.

In the first part of the book there is introduction to a wide range of topics from ancient secret knowledge, life after death , aspect of the human mind, concentration and contemplation. There are a lot of breathing exercises for healing, personal magnetism , spiritual and psychic development, some part of the book is devoted to psychic development such as working with a pendulum, learning psychometry. There is material and techniques for healing and mantras. This is an excellent book, I will certainly add some of the techniques of the book to what I m doing now.

I first heard of the co-author Richard Lawrence when I listened to a podcast interview of him made by Kelly Howell (BrainSync), in the interview he does talk about George King, personal magnetism, astral projection and he even give an exercise from the book , the exercise is called “The Practice of the Presence”.
