Hemi-sync Dreamcatcher

I have been meditating for the past two days with Hemi-Sync Dreamcatcher, this a 55 minutes long binaural beat with the Hemi-Sync® flavor (the use of a particular set of carrier frequencies to achieve the brain hemispheric synchronization)

The music is by Don Peyote and Naasko, it features the following instruments harmonic chords, drones, synthesizer and field recordings of water sounds and whale calls.
During the first meditation I simply lied down on my bed during the night and listened to the music, it is pleasant music however I didn’t go in trance , the effect was just relaxing, the authors claim that they have inserted their some shamanic style of music into that CD to help users to go in delta state and have interesting dream experience, I had nothing of that, in fact, for that purpose I think that a Brainsync or a Mindtek Ultra Meditation will do better.

The second meditation was this afternoon I did it on lotus position and I meditate on my energy centers, this is usually an intense meditation that I have difficulty to do for an extended period of time, the flow of energy in me is such that my best time is 11-12 minutes with that type of meditation. However with that CD for the first time I was able to meditate 16 minutes, at some point, I had dream-like images forming in my mind. Dreamcatcher is a decent CD I recommend it for using during energy work, meditation, prayanama/ breathing exercises and may be massage therapy however at some point the CD become a bit boring and repetitive about 40-45 minutes in the track.
I like the Dreamcatcher enough to continue working with it.

I rate it 3 stars out of 5, similar CD includes Delta Sleep from Dr. Jeffrey Thompson which also I rate 3 stars. Dreamcatcher is available from most Hemi-sync and on Itunes.
