Wendi’s Memory Magic review

Wendi’s Memory Magic is a two meditations CD to help to improve memory and retention.
I got that CD free as a gift I don’t really have memory problem so it was a bit difficult to evaluate that CD my mind was telling me ‘hey, but we have excellent memory, do we?’

The first track is called – Mind like a steel trap – it is a relatively short meditation less than 15 minutes, the track doesn’t contain a strong hypnosis induction, for best result I strongly recommend that you do a few minutes of relaxation ( autogenic or progressive) and use your own induction, if you know of one.

The track has suggestions to improve mental ability, they are good suggestions and I understand how they work, I believe this track will give best result if listened 30 days in a row if you use this one stand alone for mild memory problem.

Focus , clarity and concentration is the title of the second track which is longer than the first running time about 22 minutes, the hypnosis induction on this one is longer , better certainly an attempt to put the listener into a deep state of trance at the end of the induction, you have to open an imaginary door to your subconscious once there you receive suggestions to improve your ability for retention, learning and intelligence in any context classes and everywhere else.
