I started to work seriously doing the love meditation seven months ago, many things happened I believe if I don’t write I might forget so this post is a resume of what happened to me during the last 7 months in regard to this love meditation. I first learned about opening or awakening the heart chakra in December 2002 when I read the book Soul Love by Sanaya Roman, I was able to use some of the information in the book back then but the book use a lot of what I consider mysterious language and it was difficult to understand at some point for example the concept of ‘solar light’ is never explained, it is only in recent months that I was able to fully use this book after I read the Klaus Joehle – The messenger. I’m trying to launch a new blog about my travels.
I wasted many days trying to have a system that run properly.
I use Wordpress 2.1 but it is very stable , I had so much problems.

Wendi’s Memory Magic is two meditations CD to help to improve memory and retention.
I got that CD free ass a gift I don’t really have memory problem so it was a bit difficult to evaluate that CD my mind was telling me ‘hey, but we have excellent memory, do we?’

The first track is called – Mind like a steel trap – it is a relatively short meditation less than 15 minutes, the track doesn’t contain a strong hypnosis induction, for best result I strongly recommend that you do a few minutes of relaxation ( autogenic or progressive) and use your own induction if you know of one. I recently received the EFT five star course from www.EmoFree.com . The course is big, 8 DVDs and 1 CD ROM. The whole course is 13 hours long.
I watched the first video on the Disc 1 called The Basic Recipe. So far I like the video Gary Craig (EFT founder) gives a lot of explainations about the basic EFT method and many tips that are often omitted in the online manuals, such as what hand to tap with, with how many fingers, etc ….
