I also use the pigeon hole method where when I am at my place I take each problem from my mind and place it in a pigeon hole. This has the effect of clearing the mind to resolve a problem. Somewhere they say we use less than 5 % of brain capacity, I believe that when we play the borrowed genius, we allow ourselves to use more of our brain capacity. In fact you state that it is related. When I learned Silva method, except that the method encourages one to use self to induce alpha state or lower, I also learned about meeting guides, etc, in a personal temple, so to speak.
