Clear Plastic Bag (Creative Brain Blast session-track review)

I listened to Clear Plastic Bag from the Creative Brain Blast CDs set, this track resemble a bit to an exercise from the Gateway experience and the Human Plus series whereby you put your problems and worries inside a box, in this track as you can guess you have to put them in a plastic bag, at first I didn’t understand because you have to put , your hairstyle ? , your body ? and many others aspect of yourself in the bag later in the exercise you have to put your fears, your problems , your worries all of that in the bag, observe the bag, and be conscious that you are not the one in the bag, you end the exercise by kicking the bag in the air.

This session-track has a nice Steve Halpern background music but I found the exercise a bit strange a prefer the simple box exercise from the Gateway Experience/Human plus series. I found also difficult to detach from the stuffs put in the bag, like my name and other possessions but it is supposed to be part of the game, I ‘m not too sure if it helped me to renew my sense of purpose as the manual says, I might not work a lot with this track, the Creative Brilliance session track from the same CD set is far more useful.
