Amateurish self-hypnosis scripts spread all over the net

Recently, I had the opportunity to listen to a few self-hypnosis scripts, they are only available as mp3 download, most of them are free some are for sale (at a very high price), I guess it is a new market created because of the Internet, the only problem is that many of these new hypnosis mp3 files are so poorly made, many of these scripts contain negation, this is very problematic for example the line ‘I’m not fat’ in a script is not going to work because first your mind has to form the image of you being fat and then your mind will put the feeling of being fat so with that line you are not going to be thin, if you someone want to be thin, that person should listen to a script that say ‘I’m thin’ and not ‘I’m not fat’ yet these lines with negations are in so many script available online.

Another big problem is that these scripts don’t come with a proper induction basically you just have the fella telling you to relax and then he moves on delivering his script.

A clean induction is useful to put the listener to a suggestion mode where s/he will be receptive but unfortunately many scripts don’t have that.
I don’t want to put someone business down , I don’t want interfere , if this is your destiny to produce or listen to such scripts so be it.

After all, may be, these scripts might work if the listener believe in them and listen to them over and over again, but the process is more like guided-affirmation than self-hypnosis; translated -slower results.
