HemiSync Sweet Dreams (Human Plus) CD review

I was initially interested by the Hemi-Sync technology when I read about it in the Robert A. Monroe books Far Journeys and Ultimate Journey, I was interested to buy the Gateway Experience program but it was expensive, so I decided to give a try to a less expensive Hemi-Sync products, I choose the SweetDream CD the CD to help to program the topic of your dream, the CD recorded by Monroe himself contains two guided meditations.

The first guided meditation is an exercise introduction to the H-Plus or Human-Plus process, during this exercise guided by Robert Monroe he will count to 20 and at 20 give you the command to fall asleep, it worked for me, I fell asleep at the end of the count as instructed and I woke up later when he gave the instruction to do so, I was very impressed with that, I was sold to the Hemi-Sync which lead to later buy the Gateway Experiences CDs. Only a few self-hypnosis so far have managed to make me fall asleep on command, it is very rare most cannot do that even if they have the command, in fact I only remember 3 products and I include Sweet Dream CD in the list.

The second guided meditation , command you to choose a theme for a dream and put you asleep to have that dream. It worked for me indirectly , I did the meditation at night, I had nothing during the meditation, I guess I was trying too hard but after the meditation I fell asleep and during that night I had the dream on the theme I chose. It was great, my guess is that with more experience with that CD I can have the dream inside the meditation. Sweet Dream is an interesting CD for the people interested to program their dreams or to promote the ability to lucid dream.
