It was with a bit of scepticism that I put the track – Live your Dream (track – disc 2) of the Creative Brain Blast CD set, I got that CDs set a few months ago they are many tracks on these 3 CDs , you can spend months just discovering them.

I was a bit sceptic about that session track, it promise to help me to find my life purpose, the session-track description is :

Live your dream – If you have ever wondered if you are living your purpose, or feel lost and confused about the meaning of your life, this might just guide you. This journey will take you to your future to discover what you could be doing with your talented little mind. This might just change your direction in life and allow you to create the life that you truly want.

I put the track on, the first part is about meeting your true self and finding information about you about and your purpose and talent to me it was not all visualisation , I didn’t see or visualise much, what I had was impressions, feelings, ideas they came quickly , faded quickly were brief and short, the second part is about finding out your natural talent and abilities.

A good session-track if you are able to be flexible enough with your mind, I believe that rigidity may block the usefulness of this session.
