5 benefits I got from being a vegan during the last 40 days

I’m well over my 30 days test of vegan diet now, being vegan is easy I thought it will be tuff but no. There are thousand of easy vegan recipes available.
I got a few benefits from being vegan not as big as those gained by Steve Pavlina but sufficient enough to stay a vegan.

  • My dreams are far more vivid and I can remember a bunch of them per night
  • I had the occasional flying dreams as well and the lucid one.
  • I have improved on mental clarity a little bit.
  • Jogging and Yoga are easier and more satisfying , Yoga emphasis a good diet well vegan diet does the job well
  • Digestion is faster , pasta con arrabbiata is faster digested without meat, it is incredible how quick the digestion process is now.

My energy level is better than two months ago however there is room for improvement. May be, I might do less yoga and jogging and add one or two sessions of weight training, I will see.
