I was in the bus and I had some pain in my heart I don’t know where the pain is coming from, I didn’t try to attach a story to it, I didn’t try to track it. I let the pain flow, I then switched my attention from the pain to peace, my own inner peace, because even in the pain you can find peace, in the dark you can find light.
