Day 9:my vegan diet is going well

I’m at my ninth day of my strict 100% vegan diet, I’m seeing the first positive changes, I try to be as clean as I can with my diet so I try to avoid, all those made-in-factory for vegan products, I’m very close to a whole food diet in fact. So after nine days, I notice that during my jogging I run with more velocity, the same distance I do it faster and I ‘m even less tired.

My dreams have become more vivid and I can remember parts of at least two dreams even hours after I woke up. The third and last change is that obviously I digest the foods faster, I was a bit worried when I cooked pancakes (replaced eggs with bananas, cow milk with soja milk) even that I could digest them rather quickly.
Those are nice changes in a so short period of time, let see what I get at the end of the 30 days, so far I haven’t experienced any detox like the one described in Steve Pavlina blog , he wrote :

Going vegan was very different than going vegetarian. During the first 7 days, Erin and I lost 7 pounds each! We were eating abundant calories and drinking plenty of water, so where did that weight come from? Seriously, it went down the toilet. A lifetime of accumulated dairy clog came washing out of our intestines. Wow! We had heard about detox, but 7 pounds in 7 days was beyond our expectations. After the first week things settled down, and we lost a few more pounds over the remaining 23 days.

One more thing I notice it is that I spend less money on foods, so eating healthy cost less and I also spend less time shopping , my fridge is full of fruits and vegetables.

      Well done on such a good job. I am interested to know what type of fluids you are taking. Have you ceased all alcohol intake? How much more are you drinking water and if you drink fruit juices.

      I did about 40 days of that diet, I saw some benefits but I didnt fully keep at it.
      Back at that time, I drank mostly soja milk, water and a lot of fruit juices.
      I did not increase my fluid intake.
      May be, I should go back to that kind of diet not sure. diet, exercises and meditation a
      balance must be found between them to me I finally got stronger benefits by sticking
      to my meditations program.
