Going Vegan (Improving the quality of experience in the Focus levels)

I hit a wall and to quote Robert A. Monroe (Ultimate Journey,1994)

If an impasse is reached, it seems likely that somewhere on the way a distortion or misconception has taken place. A sign along the road was missed or misunderstood, the wrong turn was taken – there many possibilities. Perhaps some small details was left unnoticed.

Well, I’m in an impasse it was initially relatively easy to reach focus 10, however, progressing from Focus 10 to a newer level was not , improving perception in Focus 10 was also impossible. Concentration, focus, mental clarity and reducing inner dialogue were the mean problems, those are points necessary to improve if I want to progress further.

I improved concentration a little bit, jogging was helping with mental clarity but it was not enough. I searched how to improve all the points mentioned. It seems that my diet was the most faulty point, I have the regular omnivorous diet with a bit of fast foods. Well, to be honest I have a poor diet and I decided to do something, I read the following in the book the Cosmic Journey by Rosalind A. McKnight, she was one of the Robert Monroe explorer referred as ROMC in the Robert Monroe book ‘Far Journey’

ROMC channelled a transmission about foods and diets from her entities friends.

We are trying to get across the point that you must get into the right balance within your systems. With the right energy balance, you can be in contact with other dimensions at any time……The problem is with the amount of food that is taken in. Also the important foods to eat are the natural foods – foods that have not been tampered with by humans……Artificial ingredients that enhance a food’s taste and appearance are detrimental for the energy system.
Many of diseases that are part of the modern life on the earth com through the foods that have artificial, man made ingredients.

Then they go on and on about natural foods, anyway, I searched some more information and I came across two interesting article on Steve Pavlina SuperStar blogger page:

He wrote :

One thing I’ve found is that when I eat a whole foods vegan diet (as opposed to a more junky vegan diet that includes refined or processed foods), I can eat as many calories I want and not gain weight. In fact, I can eat 3000 or 4000 calories a day and actually lose weight, even if I don’t exercise at all and do nothing but sedendary desk work. I can eat pounds and pounds of high-calorie, even high-fat foods like nuts and banana-nut shakes, and it simply doesn’t put on excess body fat. Plus (after the initial detox period of about a week), I feel incredible when I eat this way.

Then he posted another post where he wrote about his experience with vegan diet:

Despite the increase in physical vitality, the #1 benefit I experienced was a marked improvement in my mental clarity. It felt like I was coming out of a long-term fog of brain — if you saw the movie Awakenings, it was similar to that, except that my starting point was the state we call “normal.” I thought, “Wow… so this is what clear-headedness is supposed to feel like.” Imagine the feeling of having totally clear sinuses after eating super-spicy food… but applied to your brain.

After I read both posts and some other blogs/sites about the benefit of a clean vegan diet, I decided that I will do a 30 days trial and see how it goes, I’m at day 2, so far so good, I don’t notice much at the exception that I digest the meal faster.

I hope to improve my mental clarity, there is another exerise I started to improve my focus but this will be for another post.
