Too early this morning the postman came with a parcel for me, it was my Gateway Experience - Wave II CD and the Mindfold Relaxation Mask. I went immediately back to sleep with the mask, my early feedback, I like the velcro strap to adjust the mask to your head, you can fully open your eyes with it, light doesn’t enter the mask so it is dark, however the mask is made of foam, that quickly became very warm with the current summer heat, I get rid of the mask after 10 minutes because that.
If you have a need to scratch your skin below your eyes, it can also be a problem…anyway, that my early feedback I will try the mask later in better condition.

I had a weird experience it started by a dream, in that dream I was in military camp I was looking for the place with phones, I found it and made a call, when I went back to my room, I met my brother (note:in real life he is an officer in the naval army), he was with a big smile girlfriend (his girlfriend looked familiar), my brother was complaining because his laptop and poor battery and no cable to recharge (It was a laptop model I have never seen before). In the book ‘Remote Viewing Secrets’ Joseph McMoneagle gives recommendations to conduct proper remote viewing session , one of the recommendation is having a non-cluttered environment. I found out for myself that when I have a cluttered environment it was also an indication of my mental clarity and my energy level, at this moment I’m on a quest for a greater mental clarity , it is a very important quality.

It is increasely difficult to perform my Gateway Experience sessions with the current temperature, the temperature average 30°C during daytime and 28°C during the night.
I gave up doing a session in the morning too hot, I will keep trying to make a session during the night but I have not been successful with this, I had to abort my 2 last sessions because of the temperature. I noticed that when I do my Gateway Experience my body temperature goes up at I feel warmer and with the summer temperature, it is even more difficult.

I read somewhere that autumn and winter are better season for that kind of activity. I hope I can adapt quickly to the new condition.
