Crossed arms, crossed legs – blocks on the body.
Neutral meaning: protection. However, there are some negative meanings: indifference, hostility, desire not to be touched, desire to cut communication.
Body bent back: no interest, desire to be as far from the teacher as possible.
Head bent forward or failing aside: aggression and indifference.

He met Aleinikov who taught him about creative communication in just a couple of days Jeremy was about correct his behavior from there he was to go forward in a more positive way.
What does it take to learn creative communication ?
Body language – An open body language devoid of protection and defence, will help to communicate to your subconscious that you trust yourself.
How is your body posture when you are totally confident and proud of yourself?
What say your inner dialogue when you are totally confident and proud of yourself ?
Active listening – In this PDF you can interesting article about active listening http://www.mindtools.com/CommSkll/Mind%20Tools%20Listening.pdf
Mirroring the way the person speak is also helping to improve the communication.
Positive language - I got this exercise from a Sanaya Roman book, take the alphabet and think of the highest word or words you can for each letter.
Notice how you feel after writing out these high and positve words.
Use more of positive words in the way you speak to other it will benefit you.
