Repressing emotions
Posted by: | CommentsWe do a lot of things to either suppress or repress emotions, however repressing emotions only bring temporary relief to a deep seeded problem, our emotional wounds.
When I did a 24 hours fast I was able to see some of the things I do to repress emotions or suppress them, this included ‘eating from emotional levels’, ‘wasting time listening too much music during too much time’, ‘too much television’. I was completely able to get rid of those things I did to repress my emotions I now left alone with the feelings and I have a chance to heal the emotional wounds.
Fasting for emotional freedom
Posted by: | CommentsI did a 24 hours fasting on Thursday , I ‘m now convinced of the power of this technique.
During those 24 hours I only drank fresh fruit juices, in the beginning it was not easy with the feeling of hunger but it eventually diminished to an acceptable level. The afternoon and the night were easier to handle.

This morning I did my first session of Discovery – Free Flow 10 from the Gateway Experience, the manual describe this track as follow : Free Flow 10 is an opportunity to pursue your own purpose with all the tools learned so far. Up to this point, you have been creating your own experiences under the guidance of the instructions on the exercise. Now you are your own guide. Seek only what you really want to know, and be responsible for the knowing. Whatever you receive becomes a part of you. Your beliefs, energy, and attitude influence the intensity and the extent of your free flow exploration. A sense of gratitude enhances communication and union with sources outside your conscious boundaries.
Creative communication
Posted by: | CommentsI came across the concept of creative communication which is the opposite of destructive communication. Creative communication helps to refine the ego with a way of self-expression that create positive feelings. The images you send out about yourself into the world determine how other people see you and if you broadcast a negative image, you are set for problem, take the example of Jeremy.
