Posted by: | CommentsA tip about the concentration exercise I posted the other day, when you stop a count, avoid to start a self talk about your performance and avoid mind wandering, these things will tend to make your next try more difficult. Either do the nostril breathing exercise or stay mentally clear and let go of your thoughts.

Release and Recharge in Focus 10

Release and Recharge is the second track on Disc 2 of gateway Experience – Discovery – Wave 1.
Like the previous tracks it is 34 – 35 minutes long but with a big difference at the exception of the main exercise (Release and recharge) all the exercises come without vocal guidance, you have to do them on your own.

Gateway Experience early observation about Focus 10

Tonight, it will be my last session with Advanced Focus 10 (CD 2 – Discovery Wave 1) before I move on to the next track. I have done 29 sessions of Gateway Experience on average I manage to make two sessions per day. I have two weeks of practise so far everything goes fine. Read More→
