A dream within a dream

When I started the Gateway Experience nearly three weeks ago I was also working with Immrama Insight CD, I was doing one session of image streaming on track 1 of that CD (24 minutes).
I had a bit of tiredness and I was on polyphasic sleep (I slept one time during 5 hours and a second time during 2 hours), it was easy to reach the Focus 10 state.
Now, I stopped working with the Insight CD and I no longer have any tiredness, I have rather a lot of energy. I cannot confirm for sure that the tiredness was caused by the combination of Gateway Experience and Insight CD, may be, it was just a period for my body to adapt to the Hemi-sync process on the Gateway CDs.
Today, it was difficult to reach Focus 10, I think I didn’t make it even if my relaxation was fine. But, again I did the session during the afternoon and this is the worse time for me, the morning is the best. I will attempt my next session upon my awakening.

The last few days, I noticed that my dreams were very vivid, one of my recent dream was even richer in terms of colors than real life. Each morning, I woke up with strong impressions from my dreams, often positive impressions.

I gave up keeping record of my dreams a few weeks ago but now I’m back with this habit, I just cannot ignore the impressions from my dreams, 2 nights ago I had a strange lucid dream I want to share.

Dream Title: The Brad Pitt Connection
Written in the present tense

I’m phoning Brad Pitt and I ask him, If I can talk to his wife because I ‘m working on a fan website about them and I need some information. Brad Pitt talks to me in a rather fast pace with his north American accent (In real life, I’m not used to hear American accent, I talk may be with one American once a year)
I talk to Brad Pitt wife and have a small chat when I hang out the phone. I feel a bit happy but I realize that something is rather strange, how come I have the Brad Pitt phone number, from where do I know him ? ….heh, but, huh, …Brad Pitt is not married to Jennifer Aniston the woman I just interviewed this is very unusual.
I got it , AHA, I’m dreaming so now I’m conscious then the dream end, I fall asleep and I wake up, but I still have the Brad Pitt phone number, It is very strange, I decide that I will call my friends to tell what is going on.
But how come I have Brad Pitt phone number and an interview with Aniston. This is ….I got it again, I m still dreaming …the dream end this is time I wake up for real.

I spent that day doubting about my physical reality, Am I dreaming or Am I awake ? May be, I’m the conscious dream of some higher part of myself.

Tonight, I will do my first session with Exploration, Sleep – techniques for expanding and exploring while asleep on the Gateway Experience, the synchronicity make that I had a lucid dream 2 days before starting a training about lucid dreaming , what a concidence
