Release and Recharge in Focus 10

Discovery wave I gateway experienceRelease and Recharge is the second track on Disc 2 of gateway Experience – Discovery – Wave 1.

Like the previous tracks it is 34 – 35 minutes long but with a big difference at the exception of the main exercise (Release and recharge) all the exercises come without vocal guidance, you have to do them on your own.

First the Energy Conversion Box – where you put all your worries, anxieties, fears and discomfort.
The Resonant Tuning Exercise – Where you use breathing to relax, this exercise also help to reduce the inner dialogue.
The Resonant Balloon Exercise (REBAL) – in this exercise you have to build an energy ball (REBAL) that will envelop and shield you from “undesired energy”.

At the end of those exercises you pronounce the Affirmation and enter the Focus 10 state on your own then the voice of Robert Monroe is back to guide you during the next exercise. It is not difficult to do all those exercises on your own, in fact it is even more beneficial, I have enhanced my REBAL with knowledge I gathered from sun gazing, instead of building the balloon solely with my own energy I draw energy from the center of the earth and from the sun.

The main exercise under the guidance of Robert Monroe is very useful , Release and Recharge – you are guided to open the Energy Conversion box take a fear , de-label the fear and let it go away, examine the emotions and memories linked to the fear and release all of that. Monroe guides you in the exercise during 3 or 4 cycles of fear/emotions release, after the exercise you leave the Focus 10 state on your own.

Like the manual says this exercise is not a quick-fix nor a one shot panacea, for most people many sessions with or without the CD will be necessary to completely be free of those fears and limiting emotions. I was able to make emerge some frustrations of mine and the memories of them, the many missed opportunities. Even after the exercise I went running in the park and the emotions that emerged during the release session emerged again. A couple of more sessions will be needed. But, I have already decided some measure to not miss the same kind of opportunities in the future. So no doubt it is a good exercise to raise awareness on thing you may avoid to face or simply ignore even when they are at front of your noise and release them.
