Gateway Experience early observation about Focus 10

Discovery wave ITonight, it will be my last session with Advanced Focus 10 (CD 2 – Discovery Wave 1) before I move on to the next track. I have done 29 sessions of Gateway Experience on average I manage to make two sessions per day. I have two weeks of practise so far everything goes fine.

I’m motivated when I read success stories of other who followed the course during a certain time. Check out this story :

I already managed to reach Focus 10 but I cannot maintain the state for very long, I managed to reach a deeper level of Focus 10 or may be I was in Focus 12, I will find out later.

I have some observations :

High temperature in room doesn’t help the session , it is the summer here and the temperature at night is sometime 28 degree Celsius, I noticed an increase in my body temperature during the exercise which is not conductive to proper state of concentration.

Inner dialogue is big obstacle to keep the Focus 10 for a prolonged period. When you will make a progress and notice inner perceptions foreign to you, such as images or sounds, your inner dialogue will tend to comments them. When the inner dialogue comments those perceptions they tend to quickly fade way. Learn to be a silent observer, it is important.
I started concentration exercises from the book Master Key System.

The best time for me was less than 2 hours after my wake up time and at 3:00 AM when I go to sleep. Afternoon is very noisy in my city.

The hemisphere synchronization on the CD process reduces the need for longer hours of sleep. I sleep on average 5 hours and I make one nap at the end of the afternoon. However, there are occasional days when I sleep more.

Loose clothes is better than anything else , a t-shirt and a short.

Depending of your mattress quality you might want to put your foot on a pillow, when I’m in deep state of relaxation my foot hurt as they seem to have become heavier.

That’s my observations for now.
