It says “when you shift your focus of attention to 3D Blackness
it’s unmistakable that you are there.” Well, I’m not sure, so I’m probably not there. But I still hear everything from the physical world. I believe I need to shut this auditory input off? If so, how do I do it? If not, why not?

May be, you are in Focus 10 do you perceive the 3D blackness ?

Focus 10 is not devoid of physical sensory perception.
Total loss of sensory perceptions will be more like Focus 21 where all sounds are inner sounds.

I often don’t feel the body anymore, the sense of touch, as if my body was paralyzed, but with my sense of hearing still working as if I would be wide awake. Can this already be (part of) focus 10? How do I shut down my auditory input?

About how you d´ont think, people can read Krishnamurti books. Robert Monroe write three books, I read the three Monroe books, ….he talks about his space or local travels, is enough for the experience.
Also there are others esoteric books with astral proyections. Believe it or not!
