Introduction to Focus 10 first impression

I’m at day 2 of my Gateway Experience, I woke up between 6 :30 am – 6 :50 am, last night I went to sleep at 4 :30 am – 5 :00 am, so I slept less than 2 hours that a solid sleep reduction, I woke up completely refreshed and alert, I had vivid dream and my chronicle back pain was greatly reduced at the wake up time. I attribute those changes to my 2 first sessions of Hemi-Sync Gateway Experience track 1 (Orientation ) and 2 (Introduction to Focus 10 )
Because, I woke up so early that I decided to do my second session with Introduction to Focus 10.
Introduction to Focus 10
It was easy to reach Focus™ 3 (relaxation) a few moments after the breathing exercise I started to have an image of a pink rose in my mind, it was dreamlike quality type of image. So I knew I was in deep alpha – light theta, I did the 10 point relaxation exercise to reach Focus 10 (Mind Awake/Body Asleep) .
I had some parts of my body very relaxed and some were far less relaxed, my foot weren’t very relaxed they felt heavy and painful because I experienced my mattress I was being too hard for my next session I will put a pillow under my foot, I know that they use watermattress at the The Monroe Institute. May be, I will invest in one or may be in a memory foam I heard that they are even better than watermattress.
I couldn’t reach the Focus 10 state during that session, I have to work on my physical relaxation.
I’m currently reading the book ‘Remote Viewing Secrets: A Handbook’ by Joseph McMoneagle and the book contains a few advices that apply to working with Hemi-Sync:
Elimination of negative of aspect of ego….. An exaggerated sense of self-importance will always be destructive to higher goal.
Complete relinquishment of any personal expectation for perfection.
The word fear in all of its permutations will have to be eliminated from your vocabulary.
I found specific advices to reach Focus 10 at the page : http://www.astralvoyage.com/projection/sleep1.html
…..Do the same rituals that you do every night before bed, except do it at another time (like in the morning or afternoon). It’s a lot easier than people realize. They think they have to convolute the process but they don’t. It’s just sleep, plain and simple. I prefer doing this in the morning because the whole relaxation process is already done for me. It’s easy to slip back into the sleep state…..
