Last night, I started to work with track 5 – Exploration, Sleep (Gateway Experience WAVE 1 – Discovery)
The track is described in the manual as follow :Exploration, sleep is based on the concept that sleep is a natural Gateway into other states of consciousness. It may be that, whether or not we remember, our non-physical consciousness passes through this Gateway every night. The exercise helps you recall this common, natural process in C-1 when you awake.

The program can be used by children and adults, you can subscribe at their site for a 30 paid trial at $14.95 if you have more discipline, you can buy the inexpensive book – $6.95 – Super Reading Secrets by Howard Stephen Berg and work on the method 2 or 3 months as suggested 1 or 2 hours per day. (PS: the method in the Berg is not EyeQ)
