It has done nothing to assist my sleep. In fact, if I use it when I am sleepy, it causes me to have power naps thereby destroying my sleep for the rest of the night and making me very tired in the morning and at work. So far, it is useless but I will persist. Having read how long you (Frank) used it does not augur well for me. NB. Before the Insight CD I did use a relaxation CD with subliminal messages on it.
