I started to work with Immrama Institute Insight CD (previously known as Awakened Minds, Inc.) in November 2005, I listened to the CD almost everyday until today (may 06). Prior to that CD, I worked with MindTek Eternity CD and MindTek UltraMeditation (5 CDs ), Thompson Theta Meditation CD, Dane Spott’s Super Brain Power CD, I’m also familiar with many other products such as Hemi-Synch and Deep Mind Ultra….. My opinion of Insight CD is based on 8 years of working with this kind of technology, my feedback and experiences may not match what you will achieve with such technology or this particular CD.
I will list the list of benefits that Immrama claims we can achieve with their CD and explain what I was my experience with them.

Achieve profound states of deep meditation and relaxation

Well, it depend what does mean ‘a profound state’ with the Insight CD, I was able to achieve a good trance state, that I will qualify of theta state in some case, I will enter into deep relaxation, I meant that I feel that the physiology of my body change (that the feel you have when you fall asleep but try to stay awake). In all case it is possible to achieve good level of theta state with the CD.

Significantly reduce stress and anxiety

This one I don’t know, I don’t have a stressful life so I can’t comment, I read on another website that people suffering from depression got some good results with the Insight CD, I can’t comment much on that one.

Improve your sleep and increase energy and vitality

Passively listening to The Insight CD didn’t affect my sleep patterns or increase my energy or vitality. Actively listening to the CD at night (with Chi breathing and autogenics training) caused me to have at two occasions, 2 OOBE. So if you want to learn astral projection or OOBE that’s the CD that your CD.
Note: I stopped using the CD at night 2 months after I bought it, I use it in middle of the day most of the time.

Develop your intuition and expand your personal insight

Yes, 100 %, I got people plenty of synchronicities and my intuition skyrocketed. It is like I can manifest things faster.

Reach deep into your subconscious mind for life solutions

I don’t know, I never try that one, I use the CD mostly for creative visualisation and it works well for that.

They list other benefits on their page but they are more like commercial slogans, so I will not comment about them, the CD is totally non-musical , you just hear rainfall in all of the 3 tracks, at the first listening you can think, it will become boring with the time, no not at all, I think it is an excellent of way of doing things. Once you finish your session, you completely forget about the rainfall it doesn’t leave trace in your brain like a melody will do.

The most spectacular results I get , it is when I combine the listening of the CD with exercises such as CHI breathing and autogenics training, that kind of combination promote lucid dreams and OOBE if performed at night or when you are properly relaxed.

Conclusion: excellent CD for people interested in ESP and consciousness development .
