Whole brain thinking
Posted by: | CommentsIt is known that geniuses use their whole brain, they work creatively with artistic and technical data and bring back new concepts. Einstein discoveries was the result of great imagination feat. Einstein himself said that imagination is more important than knowledge. Now, how one develop the capacity to use whole brain thinking.
In 1981, psychobiologist Roger Sperry got a Nobel Prize, he discovered that each hemispheres have specialized functions.
| Left Brain | Right brain |
| Logical Analytical Practical Mover Sequential Duality Words Will Material Celebration Express |
Creative Feeling Intuitive Artistic Nurturer Emotional Unity Images Power Spiritual Reverence Silent |
Later studies showed that we tend to switch from one hemisphere to another depending the circumstances, ideally, we should use, both hemispheres in same time, and have a full whole brain thinking, one step to go to be a whole brain thinker is to feel what you say, when your thinking and your feelings work together, you can achieve far more in your projects and personal developments.
In fact, to achieve something significant in life, it is necessary to use both hemisphere in harmony. Ask to any achievers, they know about it.
It is like this homeless man how later became a multi-millionaire, he declared when he was sleeping in a bench in a park, he knew where he came from and he knew where he was going, he had a vision, having a vision and materialize it require the use of both hemispheres, whole brain thinking, tool like brainwave entrainment CDs promote a whole brain synchronization of the hemispheres, however a lifestyle that support that will be equally beneficial , practise of yoga, jogging, good diet and things like this can help greatly.
Deeply feelings what you want to achieve and the use of brainwave entrainment technology can help to achieve things such as projects, self-change faster, I have done it many time in the past.

Brain waves to unlock doors and get access to bank accounts
Posted by: | CommentsThe idea is that everyone brainwave pattern is different, even when we think about the think or the same way, we have all our distinct brain waves signature.
Therefore, it is theorically possible to build unique passwords or pass-thoughts based on this finding, this technique will be better than textual password that can be stolen or guessed (they are programs out there to make dictionary attack on your password files), it is also better than a smart card that can be stolen, damaged or replicated , now there is biometric system such as iris scan, they are fine, but an iris scanner has a rather expensive cost especially for home users, such as Internet shoppers.
But, how to build such a device to make pass-thoughts possible, according to Julie Thorpe a scientist working on this project in Canada (Ottawa University), Brain-computer interface (BCI), will be the solution, she wrote in a report:
The main goal of BCI research is to provide an alternative
communication and control channel that does not depend
on the brain’s normal output pathway of peripheral nerves
and muscles [58]. The driving application for BCI research
is the communication and control of prosthetic devices for
disabled patients. BCIs have been a hot topic for the past
few years, making notable progress such as using a paralyzed
patient’s thoughts to control a robotic arm [19], and
allowing paralyzed patients to communicate (albeit slowly)
[5]. In general, these BCIs work by observing a brain signal
S, extracting its features F, and then translating or classifying
these features into some recognizable command C
through the use of signal processing and machine learning
techniques. While BCI technology is still very immature,
current efforts have demonstrated that the electrical signals
generated by our brains can be recorded and interpreted by
man-made sensors.
In a not too distant future, some firms, hope to use pass-thoughts for commercial use. Just the remembering of your favorite melody will be enough to open doors, get bank accounts access and much more.

Deep meditation with the theta meditation system
Posted by: | Comments
The theta meditation 2 CDs set was developed by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, they are 2 tracks per CD , approximately 30 minutes each. They are musically very beautiful, when I’m writing this, I’m listening to the track 2 CD 1 and I had some repressed emotions that surfaced, I got a bit of tears in my eyes. The music is so evocative of emotional situations to me. To realize these tracks the Dr. Jeffrey Thompson recorded sound of crickets, dolphins, whales and rainfall and modified them electronically to make them unrecognisable and it actually does work, at no moment, you will be able to identify what the sound is , you will just hear a beautiful meditative music. Dr. Jeffrey Thompson also added sound taken from space by the NASA Voyager spacecraft, he did research on those sounds from space and their effect on the mind and body. The music in the CDs seem to play a role in the relaxation response as I wrote above, the music is rather evocative.
The theta meditation system was designed to lead the listener to the theta state. The theta state is associated with hypnagogic imagery, emotional release, creativity and creative problem solving.
The theta meditation system is a good CDs set that I recommend for emotional release and meditations along those line.

Losing weight with self-hypnosis
Posted by: | Comments
Diet doesn’t fail, people fail the diet. More than ¾ of the dieters fail their program. In most of the case the dieter doesn’t address the psychological reason, that caused the weight control problem. The ideal starting point to a diet program would be to address the psychological reasons of the weight problem. Some people repressed their emotions in the outer form of that thing they do to themselves is their food craving or emotional eating. Some people lack of self-love and they found relief in eating. Other people cause a weight as a refusal statement to express a certain condition in the marital, private or professional life.
No matter what is the reason, it is important to make an introspection to find what is it, then you will not reproduce the condition and be able to act for better change. Most of time, the reason is telling you, that you must act or change in a certain way, it is a call for more personal growth.
Your weight is something that you can take control far more easily than you think, if you will start by working first on the cause instead of working on the effect.
Now, hypnosis and self-hypnosis can be of great help, during your diet program, because, you can use the self-hypnosis to focus on your ideal weight and self-image, some self-hypnosis tape will even help you working on the psychological cause. Self-hypnosis is no magic pill and it is only an extra help that will make your diet program easier and faster.
Have a look at the Zen of Thin, if you are in search of a good self-hypnosis program for weight loss.
Not having an incentive to lose weight, makes weight loss impossible.
