Actually, it’s a very good short track of about 4 min. that you can loop on your mp3 player. Excellent to give you an energy boost. It does contain affirmations at low volume. I used this track as preliminary to my self-hypnosis session.

This is a long half-hour track for healing purpose. Users commented that they initially sleep more time with that one, but after a short period of adjustment, their health and energy level improved. I personally was never able to track my results with this track as I work with many tracks during the day

There is a new project called Psyche Sonics. That uses binaural beats
and isochronics for research in human potential, meditation, and
brainwave entrainment, and more.
